Bishop Charles M. Bledsoe
Bishop Charles M. Bledsoe is a native Texan. Raised in Arlington, Texas, Charles entered into full time ministry at age 26. He was ordained in 1977.
In the past thirty-six (36) years Bishop Bledsoe has served in several areas of leadership and ministry. His experience includes: Pastor, Evangelist, Denominational Leader, Business Administration, Christian Education, and Media Consultant.
Bishop Bledsoe has a D Min. degree from School of Bible Theology and Seminary; an M Div. in Christian Counseling and a B A in Biblical Studies. Additional accomplishments and achievements include other degrees, certificates, and certifications in Counseling, Chaplaincy, Mediation, and Administration.
Charles has served in many different positions of leadership within his denomination and other nationally recognized ministries and organizations.
As a Christian educator, he has served on the Board of Regents for Southern Bible College in Houston, Texas; Messenger College in Joplin, Missouri. Currently, Bishop Bledsoe serves as the Executive Vice-President of Central Christian University in Lexington, North Carolina.
In 1999, as an ecclesiastical recognition, Charles was honored by the Wesley Synod of Toledo Ohio and was formally consecrated as a Methodist Bishop at a Consecration Service held in New York City, New York. The Wesley Synod is a group of the original fellowship founded by John Wesley.
Bishop Bledsoe is the Founder and President of National Church Empowerment Consortium. Through collaborative efforts with other organizations, NCEC helps to bring about an economical and social change to impact the residents of their respective communities.
As a Christian Leader that has the opportunity to participate at many different levels of ministry, his greatest passion remains the “Preaching” of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Charles and his wife Wanda currently reside in Woodway, Texas. He currently serves as Senior Pastor of Victory Tabernacle Church of New Beginnings.
